Infusion Treatments

Our clinic provides a range of safe and convenient outpatient infusion services delivered in a comfortable clinical environment by experienced healthcare professionals. Infusion therapy allows medications, fluids, vitamins, or nutrients to be administered directly into the bloodstream through an intravenous (IV) line, providing effective treatment under medical supervision. Infusion treatments may be recommended when oral medications are not suitable, when faster absorption is required, or when ongoing therapy is needed to manage certain health conditions. Our doctors will assess your individual needs and determine the most appropriate treatment option for you.

Common Outpatient Infusion Services

Iron Infusions

Iron deficiency is a common condition that can cause symptoms such as tiredness, weakness, dizziness, headaches, shortness of breath, poor concentration, and reduced energy levels. When iron tablets are ineffective, not well tolerated, or a faster improvement in iron levels is required, your doctor may recommend an iron infusion.

An iron infusion delivers iron directly into your bloodstream through an IV drip, allowing your body to replenish iron stores more efficiently than with oral supplements.

Your doctor may recommend an iron infusion if you:

  • Have iron deficiency or iron deficiency anemia.
  • Experience side effects from oral iron supplements
  • Have not responded adequately to iron tablets.
  • Need to restore iron levels before surgery or after significant blood loss.
  • Have conditions that affect iron absorption.

Vitamin and Nutrient Infusions

Some patients may benefit from intravenous vitamin or nutrient therapy when supplementation is required or when absorption through the digestive system is limited. Depending on your health needs, your doctor may discuss options such as vitamin or mineral infusions as part of your overall care plan.

Hydration Infusions

IV hydration therapy may be used to help restore fluid balance when oral fluid intake is insufficient or when additional hydration support is required. Your doctor will assess whether intravenous fluids are appropriate based on your symptoms and medical condition.

Medication Infusions

Certain medications may be administered through an IV infusion to ensure controlled delivery and effective absorption. These treatments may be used for a range of medical conditions depending on your individual treatment plan and doctor’s recommendations.
